Wellness Corner

Walk Your Way

to Wellness

Mall walking is a great way to get exercise and meet up with friends, or meet fellow mall walkers. The mall provides benches to rest on, easily accessible water fountains, and a safe indoor environment for walkers. This exercise activity also provides you with a time to go window shopping and scout out Christmas or birthday presents for your family! A great local destination for West-Mont families is the Coventry Mall, located at 351 West Schuylkill Road, Pottstown. The doors open at 7:00 a.m. on Monday through Saturday, and at 8:00 a.m. on Sundays. Just walking one lap around the interior of the mall is equivalent to .6 miles. So let's go get our mall walking on! Look for more details at www.coventry-mall.com.
